4.Customs, Duties and Taxes
Product prices displayed on our website do not include applicable taxes.
Any required taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
No customs or import duties apply for orders delivered within Kenya.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
